1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using our website or booking a service with GLOW17, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or book an appointment.

2. Description of Services

GLOW17 offers a spray tan and sunless tanning service, mobile and by appointment. Ana Maria applies products from the NUDA line. Results vary depending on skin type, preparation and aftercare following the session. The service descriptions shown on the site are provided for information purposes.

3. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are made through Square Appointments. No deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment is made at the session. Prices shown are before tax, and no travel fee is added, whichever city we travel to. By booking, you also accept the terms of the Square platform for payment processing.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Late Arrivals

We understand that things come up. Because GLOW17 travels directly to you and holds a time slot specifically for your appointment, we ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to make a change.

24 hours or more before your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 24 hours before your appointment. A late cancellation may affect your ability to book another appointment with GLOW17. Prepayment may be required for any new booking.

No show or client unavailable on arrival. If our spray tan artist arrives at the confirmed address and the session cannot take place because the client is absent or unavailable, GLOW17 may require prepayment before accepting a new booking.

Late arrival. Because our appointments account for travel time between clients, a significant delay may prevent us from completing the session. We will do our best to accommodate you when the schedule allows.

Cancellation by GLOW17. If GLOW17 has to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a refund of any amount already paid for that session.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights granted under applicable Quebec law.

5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

Sessions are non refundable. In return, GLOW17 offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if a touch-up is needed, it is provided at no charge. Get in touch within a few days of your session and we will arrange a time for it.

6. Eligibility and Preparation

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before booking a session. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or a particular condition, let us know before your appointment. It is your responsibility to follow the preparation instructions sent to you before the session.

7. Health Notice

Spray tanning is a cosmetic service, not a medical treatment. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Our products do not replace medical advice. If you experience discomfort, irritation or a reaction during or after the session, stop use and consult a health professional if needed. A spray tan does not protect you from the sun's rays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, photographs, logos and graphic elements, belongs to GLOW17 or its partners and is protected by applicable law. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

GLOW17 cannot be held responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site or the delivery of services, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about your health and any known allergies before the session.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. By continuing to use the site or our services after an update, you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
