These terms of use govern access to our website as well as the booking and delivery of the spray tan and sunless tanning services offered by GLOW17, located at 3500 Blvd Saint-Elzéar O, Laval, QC H7P 0M3. By browsing our site or booking an appointment, you accept the terms described below.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using our website or booking a service with GLOW17, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or book an appointment.
2. Description of Services
GLOW17 offers a spray tan and sunless tanning service, mobile and by appointment. Our artists apply products from the NUDA line, 100% natural. Results vary depending on skin type, preparation and aftercare following the session. The service descriptions shown on the site are provided for information purposes.
3. Bookings and Deposits
Bookings are made through Square Appointments. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. This deposit is applied to the total amount of the service. Prices shown are before tax. By booking, you also accept the terms of the Square platform for payment processing.
4. Cancellations and Late Arrivals
We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. A significant delay may shorten the session or require rescheduling, out of respect for the appointments that follow. A deposit may be non refundable in the case of a late cancellation or a no show, according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
5. Eligibility and Preparation
Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before booking a session. If you have allergies, sensitive skin or a particular condition, let us know before your appointment. A patch test is recommended if you have never had a spray tan or if you have reacted to a cosmetic product in the past. It is your responsibility to follow the preparation instructions sent to you before the session.
6. Health Notice
Spray tanning is a cosmetic service, not a medical treatment. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Our products do not replace medical advice. If you experience discomfort, irritation or a reaction during or after the session, stop use and consult a health professional if needed. A spray tan does not protect you from the sun's rays.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, photographs, logos and graphic elements, belongs to GLOW17 or its partners and is protected by applicable law. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
GLOW17 cannot be held responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site or the delivery of services, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about your health and any known allergies before the session.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. By continuing to use the site or our services after an update, you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
