I read the skin in front of me, in the light of the room I am standing in, not a photo or a shade name chosen weeks earlier. Two clients who ask for the same depth rarely leave with the same formula.

A gym floor, a reception hall and a photo studio do not return the same colour. The occasion changes the depth I aim for, not just the date on the calendar.
The time before your first rinse
The shade is only half the decision. How long you leave it on is what sets where the colour lands, so I give you your own rinse time before I leave.
