. Schedule Smart
Book your spray tan 2 days before your big day to allow time for it to settle beautifully. For first-timers, we recommend a trial tan at least 2–3 weeks in advance.
. Skin Prep is Key
Exfoliate 24 hours before, especially dry areas. Use a gentle, oil-free scrub. Avoid waxing or shaving the same day.
. No Products on Skin
Come with clean, product-free skin. No makeup, lotion, deodorant, or perfume — these block the solution.
. Wear Loose Clothing
Opt for a dark, flowy dress or robe. Avoid anything tight that could rub the tan off.
. Plan Beauty Services Around It
Get mani/pedis, waxing, facials, and massages before your spray tan — never after!
Your glow has been applied — now it’s time to protect it!
Follow these simple steps to make your tan last longer, fade evenly, and look flawless.
The First 24 Hours
. Don’t Get Wet
Avoid water, sweat, rain, or tears during the development time (typically 8–12 hours). No workouts, showers, or washing hands excessively!
. No Touching or Tight Clothes
Wear loose, dark clothing. No bra if possible. Avoid crossing your legs or touching your skin — your tan is developing and still delicate.
Glow Maintenance
6. Moisturize Daily (Starting After First Shower)
Hydrated skin = longer-lasting tan. Use a fragrance-free, alcohol-free lotion daily. Avoid oils — they can break down the tan.
7. Skip Long Hot Baths & Pools
Hot water, chlorine, and long soaks can fade your tan faster. Stick to short, lukewarm showers.
8. Avoid Harsh Products
No retinols, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs, or acne treatments — they’ll strip the tan faster.
9. Self-Tan Extender (Optional)
To boost longevity, use a gradual tan extender or lotion with a small amount of DHA every 2–3 days.
